Dr. Sam is president of Hopegivers International, a ministry in northwestern India, with a goal of providing homes for 10,000 orphaned and abandoned children.  It cares for these children through its 87 orphanages  throughout India.  Dr. Sam has extensive experience with Christian persecution in India, and has fought the recent anti-conversion bill.
