MEMBERSHIP

At FBC, we practice meaningful membership. We seek to have a membership of regenerated believers who desire to be joined together in a local church family displaying Christian love to one another.

 

STEPS TO MEMBERSHIP

1. Talk to a Pastor

The first step to becoming a member is to express your desire to one of our pastors.

 

2. Membership Classes

Each applicant must attend our New Members class, a multi-week class discussing the following:

• Our History

• Our Mission & Vision

• Our Doctrinal Statement

• Our Constitution &  Membership Covenant

 

3. Membership Interview

One of our pastors will meet with you to learn more of your testimony and background.  After discussion and approval by our church leadership, a recommendation will be put to the congregation.

 

4. Congregational Vote

During one of our regular meetings, you will be presented to the congregation for a vote on your inclusion into membership.
